Shipping policy
1. Processing & Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
The estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days within the United States.
Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g., public holidays or high demand), delays may occur.
2. Shipping Costs
Standard Shipping: Free for all orders.
Express Shipping: If available, the fee will be calculated at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).
Tracking information is usually updated within 1–3 days after shipment.
4. Undeliverable or Lost Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered (e.g., incorrect address or failed delivery attempt), it may be returned to us. In this case, please contact us to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).

5. Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After that, processing begins and changes are no longer possible.
